The Pro "S" knives are hi-end, well made and stay sharp. I bought this one more than a year ago and is made of stain-less steel and won't chip. I use a paring knife for so many tasks - peeling fruit, garlic, ginger, cutting out cores, and much more. WAsy to use, lightweight and will last forever.

Not many knives will get more use that this one. I like the sturdy forged bolster and I feel in control of the whole blade for peeling and cutting. This knife stay very sharp.

A 4" parer is essential for cutting anything you hold in your hand such as apples or potatoes. The Pro S design has been around for hundreds of years. It is forged from high carbon German steel and made in Germany which guarantees that it will be sharp, stay sharp and last a lifetime. The three rivet handle is both comfortable and durable.

Perfect knife for small kitchen jobs. It is a well balanced comfortable knife that is extremely durable and sharp. I love that the bolster provides finger protection too.

I love this knife for paring because the handle lets me get right up on that blade and gives me the best control of the blade for paring! perfectly weighted and sharp as can be, this knife perfectly suits my needs for paring, and I do a lot of that!

A paring knife all should have. Handy in kitchen for multiple tasks. No-stain forged German stainless...years of use ahead. The handle has the traditional 3 rivets.
