I use this Sharpener to maintain all my knives, easy to use by simply pulling knives thru the designated slots for sharpening and smoothing to the precise angle on all blades small or large.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No kitchen is complete without a sharpener for your knives. The Miyabi 2-stage is a perfect compliment to those Japanese knives. Ease of use and easy to hold while sharpening, and the grip means no slip!

Very Good for Japanese Edge Knives for the Price

+ Very easy to sharpen a knife
+ Great for Japanese edge knives because it is designed to sharpen at 10° angle on each side of the edge
+ Excellent value for the money
+ Sharpens even non-Japanese knives to a very sharp edge.
+ In this price range, you can't go wrong with this sharpener. I've purchased few other sharperners but non of them come close to this one.

Easy to Use

If you are looking for and easy way to keep your knives sharp, this is a great tool. Just glide the blade through each one of the slots, and your knife is magically transformed. Feels great to have sharp knives every time. Use this for both my German and Japanese knives, works on both!
