When I don't have time to pull out my stone set I use this beauty to sharpen my Japanese cutlery. Its very easy to use. A few pulls through the coarse side and a few pulls through the fine side and its good to go. Razor sharp.

I have a set of both Shun & Miyabi knives, which I previously sharpened with both Diamond and Wet Stones. This Japanese pull thru ceramic sharpener worked so much more easily and better. Previously have been disapointed with such devices when used for western 25° knives.

Quickly sharpen your most-used Miyabi knives with this excellent handheld sharpener. Use only twice a year and you'll maintain the signature sharpness of your favorite Miyabi blades.

Easy to use

Such a convenient sharpener if you own Miyabi or Asian blades. Super easy to use, just pull your knife through and see the transformation of your knives go from dull to sharp. It’s small and fits easily in a drawer. I’ve bought this for some of my family and friends and they really like how comfortable and confident they can be sharpening their knives at home.

Use this no-fail device to maintain my Miyabi knives. Safe and easy to use by simply pulling knives thru the designated slots for sharpening and smoothing to the precise angle on all my Miyabi blades small or large.

This Sharpener is super easy to use. You can use the fine slot for honing if you don’t feel comfortable using a honing steel. Whet stoning will give you the best possible blade but this is a good alternative

Great way to get those Japanese knives sharp again. This pull through sharpener is set for the smaller angle on Japanese blades. Takes the guess work out of proper honing and helps keep your favorite tools sharp and in good working order.

Japanese knives have a smaller angle than German knives so you can not use just any knife sharpener on them. This one is made specifically for the angle on your Japanese knives. It's a handy, inexpensive way to maintain those blades for a better cutting experience.
