Henckels 2 Stage knife sharpener review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like about this product is it is very easy to use, simple instructions and produces immediate results if used properly.
What could be better, and it is minor, is the ability to sharpen the Henckel paring knife end to end. There is a slight curve in my paring knife at the base near the handle, so the design of the sharpener lends to sharpening primarily the middle part of the blade. Again, not a show stopper, but merely a recommended tweak in the design of the sharpener.
Overall, 4.5 stars for versatility and 5 stars for simplicity and functionality.
