I bought the Henckels Edge Knife Sharpener hoping to give my kitchen knives a quick touch-up, but it made absolutely zero difference. I swiped my knives back and forth through the slots dozens of times following the directions, and the blades were just as dull as when I started.
Very disappointing performance from a brand name like Henckels. Save your money and your effort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This sharpener features both coarse and fine ceramic grits, which are designed to help maintain and restore a knife’s edge. However, if a knife is significantly dull or damaged, it may require more extensive sharpening than a handheld sharpener can provide.
