This Miyabi 9 inch sharpening steel is excellent for maintaining the edge of your knife. It is so important to sharpen your knives because it can really bring the knife back to life.

This steel helps me keep my knives at their best between sharpenings. The hard steel is great for all standard knives. The handle is comfortable to hold and gives me a confident grip.
