We love our new knife sharpener - it maintains the blade nicely and even has a slot for scissors. Looks great in our kitchen and easy to use. Highly recommend!

This knife sharpener sharpens knives very good, we love that it had a scissor sharpener and we love the convenience of the non slip bottom and the handle!

No Instructions

Received for a Christmas gift but box has absolutely no instructions on how to properly use the sharpener. Zwilling please email or contact me with instructions. How many times should I pull knives through each slot?, do you do coarse slot then fine slot?, do you hold knife vertical or on an angle to the left or right when pulling through the slot?, etc. Also, directions on how to sharpen scissors. Thank you

The quality is extremely good. Overall weight of the sharpener is great and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Easily sharpened all of my knives. Great for most home cooks.
