Put some new life in the old ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is sturdy and easy to use. I immediately put it to the test with some older knifes I had. It made quick work of them with a new edge and took out some small imperfections.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Zwilling 5-in-1 knife and scissor sharpener is a nice looking, easy to use, solidly built sharpener. You can sharpen two types of knives (standard and Asian styles) with both coarse and smooth ceramic rods. It is easy to handle and quickly restores sharpness of the knife blade. It has a non-slip base for safety.

I’m a restaurant owner and we go through many different types of sharpening stones and other tools. With the first 3 strokes of this sharpener I knew this is the one I will keep for a very long time

Best bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great five in one knife and scissor sharpener. Gets the job done with a perfect 15 degree and 20 degree angle. I keep my knives ultra sharp. I don’t recommend using this for your sushi knife.

No Instructions

Received for a Christmas gift but box has absolutely no instructions on how to properly use the sharpener. Zwilling please email or contact me with instructions. How many times should I pull knives through each slot?, do you do coarse slot then fine slot?, do you hold knife vertical or on an angle to the left or right when pulling through the slot?, etc. Also, directions on how to sharpen scissors. Thank you
