Easy to use, portable and stable. I do own Zwilling knives so that motivated me to purchase the sharpener.

Absolutely love this sharpener! Perfect edge on my Damascus steel knives. Great, sturdy handle.
My knives are like new and it even does my kitchen shears.

I bought this primarily for my ZWILLING Kitchen Shears, and was delighted by how well it worked not only for them but also for my ZWILLING/JA Henckels knives! They are SHARP and it was a quick and easy process. I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended by this non-professional but savvy cook!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. I can see it grind but I wish it came with a manual on how to use it.
