Great product, Zwilling has IT problems

Great product but no instructions at all, and their warranty registration process is terrible. Scanning does not work, they can't even read their own bar codes. Hopefully their expertise is with knives and keeping them sharp because they are challenged with anything else.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The rubber base is sturdy and helps keep the sharpener stable. The sharpening rods seem nice have done a good job at sharpening my well-worn knives, but only time will tell how long the ceramic rods last
