I bought this primarily for my ZWILLING Kitchen Shears, and was delighted by how well it worked not only for them but also for my ZWILLING/JA Henckels knives! They are SHARP and it was a quick and easy process. I am very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended by this non-professional but savvy cook!
