3 stars for prices versus overall quality

I feel like 3 stars is a fair rating, due to price versus quality. I have not had a chance to use this product much, but I felt like it sharpened one of my older, more dull J.A. Henckels knives that wasn't sharpening well with other sharpeners. It took a lot more effort and time to sharpen the knife than should have been necessary. This also came in an open both with only cleaning instructions on the box. I liked the idea of a scissor sharpener and have not had the chance to use it yet. I like that the bottom has some sort of silicon to grip counters during use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sharpener, worth the cost

I like the size of the product and the different sharpening options it provides. The grip is comfortable, rubber does not slip. It matches the knife set I recently purchased too.
