It works great! My son and daughter both work at kitchen and now they are similar to the knives they use at work.

These knives are fantastic. I use them multiple times a day. They are well balanced and comfortable in my hand. I spend a lot of time in the kitchen and these knives make my tasks easier

This product is easy to use is very sturdy and built. Well I can get just about every knife I own in my house to fit in there, including scissors most knife sharpeners don’t do scissors.
