I love that the sharpener allows me to sharpen standard and Asian knives in one device. It is light weight, easy to use and store in a drawer.

These knives are amazing the bolstering feels really good in hand and they are very sharp. So far my favorite knives I use from the set are the 4inch pairing knife, both the Hollow edge and rocking edge Santoku knife, the steak knives and my 7in. Filet knife. It makes my food prep simpler. The steak knives cuts like a "hot knife through butter". They cut through meat with ease. In addition, the 7in. Filet has a great length to it offering a great flex. I love when fileting my deep sea catches.
