This product has definitely improved my chef knife. The knife isn't quite the same as brand new but alot better. Maybe more sharpening is needed. It's also very comfortable to use.

Pulling through a few times should do it as our pull through Sharpeners are a game changer when it comes to maintaining the usability and sharpness of your kitchen Knives. However, while they’re excellent for regular upkeep, you may still find your blades benefit from professional sharpening. The only Knives that are intended to stay sharp are Serrated Knives. A Straight Edge Blade (depending on usage) should be maintained about every 6th or 7th time you use the Knife. Then at least once or twice a year depending on usage your Knives should be taken to a Professional Sharpener. Easy quick way to sharpen my knives. Really like the anti-slip and the scissor sharpener features. Takes about 10 to 20 times per knife.

Needed a multi purpose sharpener and started reading reviews. The ZWILLING sharpener kept popping up on various reviews for both quality and price. I recently got it, and started testing. Kitchen knives were first, all significantly sharper. Next the EDC knives. Excellent edge, and very sharp.

The sharpener works very well and is very easy to use. The grip is very comfortable. I sharpened several knives and a pair of kitchen shears, simple quick and effective.
