This product is well built and easy to use. No tips or instructions came with the product, but it's pretty straightforward. It will sharpen a dull knife to what I would call fairly sharp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This knife sharpener is useful for kitchen scissors as well as Western and Japanese blades. It feels well balanced and, as a lefty, I appreciate that it can be used in either hand.

Nice looking, and well made, but takes a long time to sharpen German steel kitchen knives compared to other sharpeners I have.
