This product is so easy to use, AND it works wonderfully! It is compatible with my Misen knives, as well as my several different types of scissors, yielding precision sharpness without having to take my knives to a shop. It is sturdily built, with materials that withstand the busiest of crowded kitchen activity. Loving it so far!

The sharpener is great and easy to use. I specially like the scissors feature, I have never had a sharpener for scissors before.
