Great sharpener for high performance knives

So far, works pretty well. The coarse and fine sharpening are useful for keeping the knife at a high performance level. Easy to use and clean, and very lightweight to handle. I am a big fan of the brand, have a bunch of Zwilling knifes and other utensils. This addition will guarantee me so more years of usage.

It’s my first time using the sharpener. After running a dull knife through about 15 times, I see an improvement. After another set thru the sharpener, I think it’ll be really good.

Got a full set of Zwilling knife’s for Christmas 23 and they just now need a little touch up on sharpening. This tool is nice.
