Economics, Sharpness, Stability! So far I’ve enjoyed my knives. They replaced a cheaper set that didn’t keep an edge and weee uncomfortable.

The product is excellent at sharpening both Western and Asian knives, while at the same time being compact, easy to store and ergonomic!! Sharpened and made functional a lot of old knives already!!!
