The Sharpener requires using moderate pressure, pulling the knife through the slot from the heel to tip. The Ceramic slots are extremely durable and can withstand sharpening many dull blades and shears for years to come.

Willing 5-In1 Knife & Scissor Sharpener

I like that I can sharpen my scissors and knives with this sharpener. I also appreciate the rubber bottom as it doesn’t slip when I’m using it. One thing I don’t care for are the slots for Asian style knives. I don’t have any and I’d rather have a smaller sharpener w/o this feature because I keep it on my countertop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have always known zwilling brand is a trusted product. It maybe pricey but quality wise it's worth it. My mother had this type of kitchen knife (knives) long time ago.
