The Missing Piece of the Puzzle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Zwilling knives, but we realized that if we wanted them to provide a lifetime of incredible cutting, we would need to take care of them. Between this and the honing steel we got, we should have many happy cuts ahead of us!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's easy to use and it sharpens both my Japanese and Western style knives. The thing I like best is the easy sharpener for the kitchen shears to make sure those keep their edge and stay easy to use
