Immediate sharpening
on January 5, 2026

I am shocked by how easy this was to use. It makes a huge difference that’s visible in just a few swipes. I appreciate the ease of use. As someone who never was a knife person, this might keep me motivated to maintain them. My only wish is there was instructions for the scissors part- but nothing a quick google couldn’t solve

I am replacing a similar ZWILLING sharpener I’ve had for about six years. I love a sharp knife when I’m cooking.
