Still not sure I am using it correctly. I found similar Zwilling product on Youtube and used that video as my guide.

Super easy to properly sharpen my knives and scissors. Sharpener stays nice and stable on the counter making sharpening very safe.

Its easy to use and gets them well done
I liked it because i always carry and use a lot my personal knives and when i cook at home i cut anything with no struggle
