Great product very helpful much better than using the honing rod. Very easy to use does an excellent job in seconds, also the sissor sharpener was a plus. I recommend reading directions or watching video on sharpening when using the Asian sharpener side. Depending on your knife you may cause damage or scratches to your knifes especially the miyabi knifes.

This 5-in-1 knife and scissor sharpener is compatible with the full set of the Zwilling knives I have had for at 20 years. I swear by the the quality of the knives and in fact have purchased more sets with the holding block as gifts. The sharpener is perfect for keeping my knives in excellent cutting condition.

Easy and pratical

It's very useful, but I think it takes a bit of time to get used to the shear part of it. At least I thought it was a little complicated. Not a lot but just a little, so you need a bit of practice to get it right. The other ones are super simple and easy, of course and I love that it has specific spots for different types of knives. I also really like the rubber on the bottom so it does not slip all over the place.
