Degree angle makes a big difference.

Best bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great five in one knife and scissor sharpener. Gets the job done with a perfect 15 degree and 20 degree angle. I keep my knives ultra sharp. I don’t recommend using this for your sushi knife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent rubber pad on the bottom keeps it from slipping, and the rubber inside the handle is very comfortable. I have large hands, and this has plenty of room to work and keep my fingers away from blades.
