I bought this sharpener because it included an Asian and standard size. My old one did too, but they were numbered and I could never remember which side was which without the the piece of original packaging I kept, after years the slip of cardboard disappeared, so I love how clearly labeled this one is. Would have liked it to come with directions, particularly for the scissors part, as I’ve never sharped scissors before. I found a video online, and the directions were different than my fist sharpener of a different brand.

I can’t say enough about this sharpener, it takes care of all the sharp tools in the kitchen without much effort! Just find how to do videos online and you’ll be a pro at it too!
