I have had a complete 2 block set of Henckels 4-star knives for 35 years and this made them razor sharp again in just a couple of strokes. Amazing!

I sharpened a couple of blunt knives that had been lying in the kiten drawers for years, it reviewed them and I can start using my favorite knives again!
