I like that the sharpener is large enough for larger hands, and supports Asian as well as European edge angles. The handle keeps hand well separated from the blade area, and the large rubber base holds it steady and prevents scratching any counter surface.

How do you best use this ding dang thing?

There were no instructions or advice and not even on this site could I find any yet. Maybe there's some tips and tricks I suppose by signing up you'll send me some. I know how to sharpen knives and other instruments and tools and such but like a little bit more about this all in one business.

Great knife sharpening product

The knife sharpener was a perfect addition to our sets of knives. Really like that it had an option for both Standard and Asian knives as well have both. Much better than just using the steel that came with our sets. Very impressed with performance so far. Thanks Zwilling!!!
