Works with all my knives

This is a very user friendly model. We have used it on several brands of knives and have not had an issue. I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that no instructions came with the sharpener, and we have not used the Asian or Scissor functions yet.

Excellent hand-held knisharpener

I like that the sharpener is large enough for larger hands, and supports Asian as well as European edge angles. The handle keeps hand well separated from the blade area, and the large rubber base holds it steady and prevents scratching any counter surface.

How do you best use this ding dang thing?

There were no instructions or advice and not even on this site could I find any yet. Maybe there's some tips and tricks I suppose by signing up you'll send me some. I know how to sharpen knives and other instruments and tools and such but like a little bit more about this all in one business.
