The sharpener has done a great job with my high quality knives! I don’t recommend taking apart your scissors to sharpen individually. I was able to restore their sharpness using the scissors section. grazie mille

All needed knives in one easily accessible unit!

Love this product. Had received a set of 12 steak knives as a gift and was longing to upgrade the rest of my knives after using the fabulous steak knives. This knife set is perfect- includes the block and a lot of the other knives I need WITHOUT taking up more room for steak knives.

This knife sharpener has been a game-changer in my kitchen! It's easy but once you get the hang of it, it consistently delivers razor-sharp edges to my knives. I've tried other sharpeners in the past, but this one seems to hold an edge longer than the rest.
