Love This Sharpener!

I love this sharpener. It is the best one I have ever purchased and used. The grip combined with the anti-slip bottom make it stable when using for short or long knifes. It produced an excellent edge on my 40+ years old Zwilling J.A.Henckels No Stain Friodur knives. Likewise it produces a great edge on my Asian carbon steel knives purchased 50+ years ago in China. All it took was 2-3 pulls on coarse side followed by 2-3 pulls on the fine side to produce the desired edge on Standard and Asian knives. It out performs the highly rated electric sharpeners I have owned.
