[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this Brother SM3701 Sewing Machine, 37 Built-in Sewing Stitches and I really love it. It is a lightweight full featured sewing machine with a one step Auto size of buttonhole. it brightly lights your work area with an LED light. It comes with an instructional dvd. It has a jammer resistant quickset top bobbin.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Brother Sm3701 sewing machine through the tryit sampling community. This machine is awesome . I love that it is for any level sewer . I like finding creative things for me and my daughter to use and this is simply awesome because we can do just that. It has so many options and can help you get the job done from simple sewing to being creative with different stitch patterns . I would definitely recommend this anyone looking for a new sewing machine.

Perfect for beginners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to utilize the Brother SM3701 Sewing Machine multiple times and am beyond impressed by the ease and accuracy of this machine. As an amateur sewer, typically hand-sewing items, I was initially overwhelmed at the thought of learning a machine. However, the Brother SM3701 is absolutely perfect sewing machine for beginners such as myself. I found watching video tutorials to help a bit more than the manual instructions, but that is a learning preference. This machine comes with 37 stitch patterns that are adjustable in distance and size. The needle is self-threading and the machine comes with a light to help with accuracy when sewing. Although set-up and use was a small learning curve, I have found use to be intuitive as I go. The machine is all-around good quality, lightweight and has helped me sew coat pockets, girl scout patches and buttons. The time saved with this machine is invaluable and I highly recommend this product.

I’ve only had machine for short time but so far I’m pretty pleased with it. It took a little getting used to it as many things were different from my older singer! For the good part not bad.

always wanted to learn to sew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion. When I got divorced, I lost access to my ex's really nice machine. I just wanted to learn to sew so I could hem the sleeves of my cheap sweatshirt that I "Belichicked"because I hate long sleeves. Well this little machine did the trick. it was easy to set up, thread and sew. Let's be honest, I'm not making my own shirts here. but for making something look good, the 3701 gets the job done
