Like but does make noise

I like the cooler. it does make noise when cooler or heater goes on. and when you touch the cooler then it sounds like something is shaking in the back. other than that very nice.

Very fast delivery and easy set-up. Very quick support on Avalon phone line. I am disappointed that you can not reduce cold water temperature even by .5 degrees. You have to be happy with factory setting.

wish for automatic self-clean

So far so good! We just got it so time will tell. 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have automatic Self-Cleaning that runs on a schedular every day. Instead this has a manual switch at the back that users remember to must press to start the process to clean it from time to time
