It was packaged great and easy to setup! Build quality looks amazing! And the bottle wand lid snapped in place great.. now let's see how it holds up.

We bought a A23 bottom load water cooler two years ago and it failed last week. Not sure why. We decided to try another A23, hopefully this one lasts longer.

Not only is the water cold but the hot water feature is so convenient for a quick cup of tea.
