Not producing cold water

I am happy with the product. However, it came with a small dent at the front panel. The customer service is very helpful to fix this problem.

This cooler was easy to set up and use out of the box! Will pay for itself in just 2 months! Cancelled big name water delivery company & said good bye to all their petty little charges for their services! Plus the water filtered through our new cooler tastes even better then their "Spring Water"!
