Excellent customer service experience. I reached out with an initial issue about a noise which occurred when water was dispensed. A prompt response was received and detailed instructions were sent to help remedy the problem. A follow up email was also received to check if the issue had resolved and if any further assistance was needed. The issue did resolve and the cooler has been working well. Thank you!

Initially it was easy to install. The self cleaning seems to be difficult and I will probably have to call for help in using that feature.

dispenses slowly
