Product is excellent. Only problem is tube that goes inside the gallon was bent when delivered but still works surprisingly.

Slightly noisy

Slightly noisy and requires some minor tweaks to prevent buzzing/vibration noise. For a machine this expensive, I would expect it to be more solid. Also, the "cool" water spout has an extremely low flow. Otherwise, seems like decent quality.
