I've only used it for four months but we love the fact it is self cleaning and the bottle is stored under the unit We have had no problem with it so far, love it

Replaced another brand that was electric dispensing and started to leak hot water. Easy set up. Didnt give 5 stars because it is much more noisy when cooling (cooling light is on). Im hoping theres a fix for this.

So far, so good! Hot & cold water is perfect temp, and I like the night light feature. It seems to be very quiet- only momentarily making some thumping noises when dispensing water that stops after a couple seconds. Set up was pretty simple and I'm enjoying it so far, have only had it a couple days.
