Nice packaging. Upon unboxing, I found product to be of good quality. Followed instructions for setup and no issues. Very easy to use.

So far I like the product. I don't like that it was difficult to find all the necessary numbers in different locations in order to register my product. (Order # in email, model # on back of water dispenser, serial # on back of box!!!) Also, I do wish there was an adjustable cap for the probe assembly to fit over the plastic water cap of the bottle. For those who have bottles with a removable inner cap that so the whole cap doesn't have to be removed.

Replaced individual water bottles

This water cooler replaced having to buy individual water bottles. Also, we always have cold water! With the bottles, they hardly ever get remembered to put in the refrigerator and I find half full bottles all over the house.

The cooler works great so far. I only had one complaint. The top panel where the word avalon is was dented in a couple of places. I know this was probably UPS fault so thats why I am still giving 5 stars. I called customer service and they are amazing. The rep. said he would send me out a new panel within a few days, and sent me an email with directions and pictures and how to replace the top panel. I think it will be a pretty quick operation. I am super impressed with there customer service.
