Not easy to open door

Wish was easier to open the door to put the water bottle in. No notch or handle, so not easy to open.

Initially we were very pleased with the product, however after a few days, it started to rattle when dispensing water and a few seconds afterward. We checked the level, which is fine. The rattling appears to come from inside the cooler, and we have no idea how to stop it, or if this is a defect in the cooler
