Really loving this water dispenser

Easy set up. Love that there is a 10 inch stand to elevate dispensing section (bought seperatly). WIsh the dispensing area was 13" tall to fit newer water bottles, but all in all, really loving this water dispenser.

2 1/2 year old unit started freezing up. Was told it's a bad thermostat. I have a 10-yr old fridge that dispenses water w/out freezing up. This is not new tech. Avalon just use cheap components!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does exactly as we expected, providing really hot water and cold water, as well as neutral temperature from bottle. Very quite. No issues with set up or use. Very pleased.

Unit easy to install however once up and running, unit is little noisy. Otherwise, seems fine. Would be helpful if source material included an estimated an annual energy usage rating.
