Hot water hot enough for tea

Machine arrived well packaged and damage free. It was very easy to unpack and set up. Hot water is actually hot enough to make a cup of tea. Very quiet.

Bottom loader is a plus

All features have been tried and are working properly. The initial rinsing of the unit was a little more complicated than my old top loading water cooler but, not impossible, especially after watching some of the you tube instruction videos. I do like not having to wrestle and flipping a new five gallon jug during reloading of the water cooler. And the black and chrome finish looks great next to my other black and chrome appliances.

Really loving this water dispenser

Easy set up. Love that there is a 10 inch stand to elevate dispensing section (bought seperatly). WIsh the dispensing area was 13" tall to fit newer water bottles, but all in all, really loving this water dispenser.
