Excellent water cooler so far. I recommend you buy the cup holder along with the cooler, otherwise there is nothing to hold it in place.

On first set up it was making a horrendous noise. Customer service were very helpful. The noise was a loose bolt and now it is very quiet. My model number is A3F which is not an option...

The nightlight is pretty dysfunctional

The nightlight is pretty dysfunctional as it's not bright enough nor placed correctly to really use it. And as well it is making some noises that are somewhat concerning, but have not yet presented a problem, but did make me feel it necessary to register instead of just trusting it would work.
