I was very excited to get my water dispenser unboxed but I was a little disappointed in the craftsmanship of the machine. The top part of the machine was nice and level on one side and the other side was noticeably offset. Hopefully won't cause operational problems, cosmetically it's off putting.

The water cooler arrived w/o damage. It was easy to setup and attach a water jug into the bottom loading system. The water temperatures are all accurate temperatures. I love the "cool" water option. I rated it 4-stars because I would prefer the water cooler not make noise when we use it. I understand there's a compressor inside that causes the noise, but couldn't the compressor have been not as loud.
