Love it, works great. The bottom loading feature is a plus because my wife can refill the machine when I am not home.

this is my second one of these. i like them very much. only issue is (besides pump breaking on earlier model 2-1/2 years old) is there is a high-pitched noise coming from the cooler. i believe it is the cooling mechanism. sure would like to know how to quiet that.

Besides a bit of trouble sorting out where and how to purchase the bottled water, the machine itself is absolutely glorious. Only a week in but it's quiet and efficient and was super easy to set up and is super easy to use.
