I love the nightlight hot water child safety feature cool and cold features not crazy about cleaning it myself havent tried ozone cleaning love the fact that i dont have to boil water on the stove

I just set the cooler up today. Instructions are simple complete and easy to follow. It appears to function as advertised and is attractive in appearance (black w/stainless front.) Other reviewers complained of noisy operation. I find it very quiet and not obtrusive in the least. I purchased this model specifically for the bottomloaded bottle and for the ozone selfcleaning system. It is so much easier to install the bottle. Its too soon to rate the selfcleaning system although I did run a cycle prior to using the water. This appears to be a quality product and is comparably priced with like products from other manufacturers. As of now I recommend this unit to anyone looking for the attributes described above.

This is my replacement unit from Avalon. The first one had a mechanical problems. Avalon customer service gave me amazing service. They replaced my cooler with a brand new cooler. They actually honored their warranty with out hassle. The unit I received is beautiful; I love it. I recommend Avalon for your cooler needs.
