I love the product. However, after a year I had to buy another one because my warranty expired. I am hoping this one lasts longer than the first one. I will not want to continuously keep buying or replacing this item.

I have always had a water cooler . The bottom loader is wonderful for me as I use glass bottles that are very heavy . The simplicity of the controls along w the self cleaning option is top tier as you know you are always drinking clean water out of a clean dispenser .To top it off the customer service is awesome .
I would recommend this to a friend!

Filters are difficult to secure

Arrived with a small dent on the side of the unit. Filters are very difficult to secure. The space for the filter and 5 gallon bottle is very limited
