This is the 2nd Avalon cooler I have bought. Love tall filling space for water bottles, and the 3 temperature options. Had some issues with the first one which customer service helped me troubleshoot and ultimately replaced for me when troubleshooting failed. Great customer service and followup.

This is the 3rd one I have purchased. I hope it lasts longer than the last one. After looking at cleaning instructions that you are suppose to do every six months which I never did on first 2, because its suppose to be self cleaning...I hope i figure it out.
