I love my water cooler and so thankful for your company. I am unable to pick up the 5 gallon hush's and this water cooler is the best. I love it is self cleaning. I love the cold and chilled and HOT!! options. The nightlight. It's quiet enough and a perfect size. No improvements necessary with the cooler itself. Though I do love the packaging - it is not wasteful.and easy to unpack - my suggestion PLEASE. When packing place some extra padding around the door. Mine came dented (water cooler works fine just the door!) and as I read over the reviews other people had the same problem. This is my only complaint. I didn't want to return the whole working unit for a damaged door. So when I called customer service WOW! They exceeded my expectations. Were so kind and helpful. They are replacing the door and went above and beyond for me! I'm praying for you and your company and so thankful for you!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its nice. Like everything about it except sometimes it make a loud running noise. I saw some reviews about it doing that. Was hoping mine wouldnt do that. I tap the side of the cooler a few times for it to stop it. Sometimes it helps sometimes it doesnt.

Great product! Water tastes delicious. I prefer room temperature water while my husband likes it cold. This dispenser does them both in addition to hot. I now drink at least 1 gallon a day. Easy set up and changing out the bottles is a breeze. I highly recommend this product.
