This cooler has everything on it, that i was looking for. Hot, cool, cold, spouts. Night light. Self cleaner. Bottom loader. Avalon, had very good reviews. With that in mind, & everything i was looking for, i decided to try it out. Looking forward to many yrs. of use.

The water cooler arrived w/o damage

The water cooler arrived w/o damage. It was easy to setup and attach a water jug into the bottom loading system. The water temperatures are all accurate temperatures. I love the "cool" water option. I rated it 4-stars because I would prefer the water cooler not make noise when we use it. I understand there's a compressor inside that causes the noise, but couldn't the compressor have been not as loud.

Water that comes out from dispenser tastes clean. Dispenser is functioning properly so far.
