The first one we received was broken straight out of the box. The website will not let us register the unit. Customer service has been excellent. The new unit seems to be working well so far it does make a rattling noise when dispensing water but thats ok as thats brief as opposed to the first one that sounded like a fan blade hitting a housing the entire time it was on.

This is my second water dispenser. When I moved I gave my first one to my daughter in-law. I love that it’s buttons are on the top thereby being childproof, self cleaning, hot water is hot enough for a cup of tea, slimline design fits nicely in the corner of our kitchen and the bottom feeding bottle design is a blessing just cannot lift the 5 gallon jugs to put on a top feeding model anymore. I can’t say enough about my water dispenser and highly recommend this water dispenser.
