I like it overall but feel like the buttons to dispense water could feel more sturdy and feel as though the additional base price of $60+ is extensive.

Great product. But do not use Avalon's cleaning kit. The citric acid will change forever the taste of water. I had to replace my previous Avalon water cooler for this reason.

intermittent dispensing issues

Worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. Cold water has had intermittent dispensing issues, then hot water stopped dispensing yesterday, now all three spouts do not dispense water.
